Experimental v0.1 · Chain Audit Interoperability Layer

HIR/OAM Chain Audit Interop

Map existing provenance and contribution traces into HIR/OAM pressure-read packets: source, carrier, chain, agency, pressure, degradation, repair, and HELD / STRAINED / MUST STOP.

Boundary: HELD describes chain coherence in the described trace. It does not validate claim truth, certify attribution, or replace external evidence/domain expertise.

Start with a known pressure walk, then edit fields and export a packet.

Mapping table preview

This table is the core v0.1 build object. Full markdown file included as MAPPING_TABLE_PROV_CREDIT_DATACITE_4_7.md.

What existing standards do

  • W3C PROV: entities, activities, agents, derivation, attribution, use.
  • CRediT: contributor roles for research outputs.
  • DataCite 4.7: identifiers, creators, contributors, related identifiers/items, versions, funding, research-object metadata.

What HIR/OAM adds

  • Pressure-read over the chain.
  • Agency-risk and source-return review.
  • Degradation flags: proof laundering, source loss, false closure, carrier substitution.
  • HELD / STRAINED / MUST STOP trace boundary.
